Don't let your lawn, ornamental garden, or vegetable garden become acidic—thanks to this granular lime! 🌿
This granular lime helps stabilize the soil’s pH level, allowing plants to better absorb nutrients from fertilizers.
Soil pH has a major impact on which and how many nutrients are absorbed by the lawn and other plants. When the soil is too acidic, the uptake of essential nutrients is hindered. In addition, this lime naturally contains nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, and trace elements.
Factors such as leaching by rain, uptake by the grass, acid rain, and the use of acid-forming fertilizers cause the soil structure to deteriorate over time. As a result, the soil loses its airy, crumbly structure, and the lawn may begin to look thin, weakened, and less vibrant.

Dosage:
50 g/m²
10 kg for 200 m²
Application tips:
• First, perform a soil pH test to determine the correct pH level:
• It is best to wait 2 weeks after liming before fertilizing. This allows the lime to fully penetrate the soil first, ensuring the nutrients are properly absorbed afterward.
• Apply to a damp lawn or during light rain, preferably in the fall or early spring.
• Apply regularly, preferably using a fertilizer spreader for even coverage. You can also apply in a crisscross pattern for optimal distribution of the fertilizer.
• In dry conditions: lightly water after application.
What is a good pH level for your lawn? And how much fertilizer do you need?
• pH < 6 (too acidic): maintenance liming in spring and fall at 10 kg/100 m²
• pH 6–6.5: maintenance liming once a year at 10 kg/100 m²
• pH 6.5–7: maintenance liming once a year at 5 kg/100 m²
• pH > 7.0 (too alkaline): liming is not recommended; use appropriate (organic) fertilizers
For potted plants, a maintenance liming of 1.5 to 2 g per liter of potting soil is recommended.
Application period:
January–May; September–October
Tip from Marcel: It’s best not to apply lime toacid-loving garden plants, such as heather, rhododendrons, and azaleas. It’s also best to avoid using lime on potatoes and various berries. On the other hand, you can safely apply lime a bit more often or in larger amounts to lime-loving plants, such as boxwood, yew, and lavender, as well as cabbage and leafy greens.
