Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our utmost to get your order to you as soon as possible! The delivery time varies per product and is clearly indicated on the product page and in your order. This period varies from delivery on the next (working) day to a few working days. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the tracking code of the courier company. This way you do not have to wait impatiently at the window but can follow the estimated time of delivery online!

OOur packers & couriers work fast but unfortunately cannot teleport yet. It is therefore always possible that the delivery of your package takes a little longer. Fortunately, this rarely happens! Is there anyway a longer waiting period due to unexpected circumstances? Then you may expect a signal from us!

When ordering, we give an indication of when the goods will be ready and do our utmost to keep this promise. As soon as your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the delivery note. Always wait until you receive this e-mail to avoid unnecessary travel and waiting times at the pick-up point. 

Orders can be collected after confirmation from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 6 pm.

A question about your package?

  • When will my package be delivered?

In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. If the order is bulky or has a total weight of more than 150 kg, we use pallet transport and delivery may take 2 to 3 days. However, we do our best to ensure that orders received during working hours leave the same day.

  • How can I track my package?
The delivery of your package will be done by the couriers of PostNL, GLS or Dynatrans. If the delivery takes place with PostNL or GLS, you will receive a tracking code via e-mail so that you can follow the shipment.

  • Non-compliant delivery?
Was the delivery non-compliant? Please report this to our customer service department within 5 working days.
