How swimming pool heating works

An advantage of electric pool heating is that it is a price-friendly solution in purchase - compared to a pool heat pump - to heat your pool. A disadvantage, in turn, is that the energy use is quite high. So for a pool that you want to keep at temperature continuously, electric pool heating is a less appropriate solution.
Pool heat pump
A pool heat pump is the most expensive solution, but on the other hand, the consumption costs are very low and a pool heat pump heats very efficiently. When buying a pool heat pump, pay close attention to the specifications. For example, any pool heat pump can heat a pool of a certain maximum volume. Also, the filter pump must reach a certain capacity.
Solar-powered pool heating
The most environmentally friendly solution is solar pool heating. There are solar mats for the pool and solar bulbs for the pool. A solar mat should always be on the ground next to the pool and can heat your pool water between 3°C and 5°C extra. You can connect several solar mats together to heat a large pool. A solar ball and curved solar panel works in the same way. The efficiency is slightly higher with these types because they can capture more sunlight.
