Newbie in the kitchen garden? Our tips for growing your own tomatoes π
These blushing fruits come in all sorts of summery colours & sizes. From little taste bombs to real Coeur de Boeufs. No wonder they are so popular with young and old. We give you 5 tips so that even novices in the vegetable garden can grow their own tomatoes successfully! π
π Location
Tomatoes are southern creatures and love a sunny and sheltered spot. In your greenhouse they are at their happiest!
π Space
Make sure the plants have enough room to grow & bloom. This will also reduce the chance of the tomato plague brewing. Another important tip is to regularly ventilate the greenhouse. A screen door is very handy for this. This also prevents neighbourhood cats from coming into your conservatory to sunbathe and churn up the soil.

π Support
