Edialux Ferri Limas are eco-friendly slug pellets containing 1% iron phosphate, a substance that occurs naturally in the soil. The pellets swell, absorb water from moist soil, and become attractive to slugs. After eating the pellets, the slugs stop feeding, retreat to their hiding places, and die there. This means you won’t find dead slugs in your garden.
It is safe for animals such as hedgehogs and birds. Ferri-Limas is rain-resistant for up to 14 days and is not prone to mold growth. There is no waiting period required before harvest.
