This filter system converts pool salt into natural chlorine, which kills algae and bacteria. This way, you can enjoy a clean pool without using chemical chlorine.
It’s ideal for water lovers with a chlorine allergy and prevents red, itchy eyes.
The unit is compact and has a sleek design. You can view and adjust all necessary settings on the control panel.
You can choose between 4 self-cleaning modes with cycles of 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, or 10 hours.
Note: Always connect the saltwater system last in the sequence between the pump and the pool.

How does a saltwater system work?
Fill the pump with pool salt and let the system run. The pool salt is then converted into natural chlorine through electrolysis. This releases powerful oxidants that kill algae, fungi, and bacteria in the water. You only need to fill the system with pool salt once. The salt is continuously reused. Please note: The pool salt must be purchased separately!
Which filter pump do I need?
For this system to work properly, you need a cartridge filter pump with a capacity of at least 2,650 L/h or at most 12,112 L/h. The filter pump controls the saltwater system, so it must remain running during salt electrolysis. It’s best to have the filter pump run half an hour earlier and for a longer period than the saltwater system. Thanks to the timers, you can easily synchronize the devices with each other. A saltwater system is therefore certainly not a replacement for your filter pump, but rather an additional feature!
For which pools is this saltwater system suitable?
The Krystal Clear can be used with pools up to 68,000 L (68 m³).
The hose connection has a diameter of 38 mm. Does this not fit your pool? Then purchase the Intex Hose Adapter B so you can easily connect this saltwater system to your pool with a 32-mm connection.
How does the control panel work?
• Timer: You can set the timer between 1 and 12 hours. It starts automatically at the same time every day.
• Boost: When the boost is activated, the system will run for 8 times the currently set operating time. Example: If the set operating time is 8 hours, the boost function will run for 8 × 8 = 64 hours. During the boost, the filter pump must run continuously.
• Self-cleaning: This can be set to 2, 4, 6, or 10 hours. You only need to set the self-cleaning function once. It runs in the background while the saltwater system is on and producing chlorine.
How much pool salt do I need?
A general guideline is to multiply the volume of your pool (in liters) by 0.003. This will tell you how many kilograms of salt you need for cleaning! For a 25,000-liter pool, this amounts to 75 kg.
Please note: the number of liters multiplied by 0.003 is a guideline. Always follow the instructions included with the product!

Uitstekend
Werkt goed! Eenvoudig aansluiten tussen pomp en zwembad. Aantal uren instellen en voilá, schoon water in de maak.
Haha, natuurlijk wel eerst zout in je water strooien, anders kan er geen chloor worden gemaakt.
Het voelt direct veel fijner dan met chloorshock / chloortabletten. Je ruikt slechts een heel subtiele chloorlucht, maar anders dan met 'chemisch' chloor en ook alleen als je een goede reuk hebt ☺
De rest van de zomer geen omkijken meer naar. Beter voor het milieu, beter voor je huid en luchtwegen, eenvoudiger in onderhoud... aanrader dus!
