How to sow
First make the soil well weed-free. Sow the seeds wide and rake them lightly so that they are about 0.5 to 1 cm below ground level.

• Then water the soil well and keep it moist, but not too wet.
• The first seeds will germinate after 6 to 7 days at a temperature of 18 to 20°C.
• This seed mixture is mixed with broken buckwheat, which helps to avoid sowing too thickly. Buckwheat also acts as a green manure crop.
• The seeds keep well for about 3 years if kept dry, dark and not too hot.
