This Monte Carlo seed potato is a firm cooking variety with a red skin & white flesh. Itprovides a good yield.
The Monte Carlo has good resistance to potato fatigue (due to too much cultivation on the same plot) & scab. In turn, it is a bit more susceptible to potato blight.
It is a good table potato that can be boiled or baked. The tubers are medium to large in size.
It is a mid-early variety that can be harvested in July/August .
