This La Ratte seed potato is a fairly firm cooking variety with a nutty flavor and creamy texture. You can bake, grill and boil it. It therefore comes out perfectly in salads and oven dishes. The potatoes have a nice smooth skin; you can also eat them with skin.
It is a mid-early to mid-late variety that you can harvest in July/August . The yield is moderate, you can expect about 12 potatoes per bush.
You can store these potatoes for about 2 months (unprocessed) in a cool & dry place.
