This Jelly seed potato is a fairly floury variety with a (very) high yield. It is a perfect consumption potato with a good taste & shelf life. You can bake it, boil it and it also does well for fries ! After cooking, the potatoes take on a deep yellow color. It is less suitable for mashed potatoes due to its low starch content.
It is a mid-late to late variety from which you can harvest in August . This variety is somewhat medium resistant to potato blight.
It has a high yield of up to 15 potatoes per bush.
