Wild Catnip
This catnip, also known as Nepeta, is a deliciously aromatic, perennial plant that cats love and prefer to lie right in the middle of.
Catnip is related to mint and contains the compound nepetalactone, which stimulates the Jacobson’s organ in cats and causes a temporary euphoric, sometimes
hallucinogenic reaction. The plant is highly resistant to extreme weather conditions, such as prolonged dry spells. This makes it easy to care for and attractive in flower beds and along borders. It also attracts many
butterflies and bees.
Animal Favorites are intended for growing supplemental animal feed yourself. Always use supplemental animal feed in moderation and on a rotating basis, in addition to the basic (complete) animal feed.
