This heat mat is not only environmentally friendly but also good for your wallet. This is because you have no consumption costs (the sun is free) & the purchase price of the solar mat is much lower than that of regular pool heating. Thanks to this heat mat you can heat the pool water 3 to 5°C extra. Moreover, you can also connect several units together to heat a large pool.

which pool is this solar mat suitable?
The solar mat can be used for above-ground pools up to 30,000 L.

What pump do I need?
The solar mat is compatible with cartridge filter pumps with a capacity of up to 9,463 L/h or sand filter pumps with a max. capacity of 8,327 L/h. A minimum capacity of 1,250 L/h is required. Attention: do not use a heavier pump in combination with the solar mat as it may leak! A salt water system is therefore also not a suitable addition to your pool if you want to connect a solar mat at the same time

Run the filter pump during the warmest parts of the day (afternoon) so that the pool water can be heated optimally.
To keep the pool water warm as long as possible, cover the pool in the evening with a tarpaulin or combine it with a solar cover.

How does the solar mat work?
To heat your pool, you need a filter pump in addition to the solar mat. This pumps the water through the solar collectors. As soon as the sun shines, the water heats up & is then "pumped" back into your pool.
The solar mat must always be on the ground next to the pool. Do not lay it down on a table or roof, for this the pump cannot pump high enough. The solar mat can be easily connected to various hoses thanks to the included 32 & 38 mm adapters.
