What do you use sowing and cutting soil for?
1. Ideal for sowing vegetables and annual and biennial flowers
2. Great for cuttings of ornamental plants
3. Enriched with sand for better drainage
Why use seedling soil & not potting soil?
With seedlings, it is important not to use ordinary potting soil. Quality potting soil is enriched with fertilizer so the plants will grow well but this is just not what we want with seedlings. The seedlings would get a solid growth shoot leaving you with bigger but limp plants. We just want to grow strong little plants.
