Barenbrug RPR Lawn is a self-healing sports turf/playgrass for seeding an ironclad sports lawn that will repair itself when damaged. 🌱 This is the successor to the Barenbrug Bar Power RPR.

RPR Lawn is a unique self-healing English ryegrass that can withstand intense treading and has proven itself several times on sports fields and golf courses. With the success of this sports turf seed, RPR Lawn is also becoming more popular for gardens and parks. Thanks to the offshoots this grass forms, you have a very dense turf that pushes away unwanted wild grass and weeds. This grass seed also contains many grasses that have good disease resistance, drastically reducing the chances of fungi and diseases.

RPR Lawn has a fast establishment which is why this grass seed is also used to repair bare spots in the lawn. Because you can use this mixture for both sowing and overseeding, you already save a lot of dollars that you would otherwise spend on purchasing other repair grass seed. In addition, RPR Lawn is suitable for all soils. Barenbrug RPR Lawn is often used on sports fields and golf courses.

RPR Lawn forms the so-called "determinate stolons. This creates a kind of netting in the sod through which the grass plants are connected to each other. This prevents the grass from being kicked away quickly and therefore there is little damage. This makes your turf almost impossible to break. If it does break, RPR's self-healing ability kicks in.

RPR® Lawn forms a very dense turf through its shoots. Weeds and unwanted grasses are pushed away, as it were. The combination of firmness and speed ensures that RPR® Lawn fights these weeds and unwanted grasses. Street grass can be disastrous to the lawn. Once it has established itself, it is impossible to get rid of. It looks nice and green, but can completely damage your lawn. RPR® Lawn does battle with street grass.

Composition Barenbrug RPR Lawn grass seed:

• 30% RPR
• 30% Fine-leaved ryegrass
• 20% Red fescue common
• 10% Field meadowgrass
• 10% Red fescue heavy

The composition of the grass seed may sometimes differ (slightly) from the description. This depends on the availability and harvest of the various types of grass the grass seed contains. Since it is a natural product, it is not always possible to guarantee a 100% identical product as with artificial products. Barenbrug carefully selects the best grasses for their seed mixtures, with a high germination percentage. Should a particular type of grass fail, they switch to another type of grass as a worthy substitute in their mixtures.
