Sowing instructions:
- Scatter the seeds in a thin layer on the seed tray and rinse gently under the faucet.
- Fill the glass bowl with water up to the bottom of the tray and place it in a dark room at normal room temperature (20 to 22°C).
- Change the water every day.
- You can also fill an empty butter dish with damp cotton wool and scatter the seeds on top. Keep the cotton wool well moistened, and you can enjoy your home-grown sprouts.
- After 5 days, the sprouts (which will then be 3 to 5 cm long) are ready to eat.
