Stamslab beans Prelude is a rather long double stampla bean with round pods in clusters. It is a somewhat older variety that is especially suitable for early cultivation, and sensitive to wet weather. It is, however, a rich variety that produces tasty, tender pods of about 12 cm.
Sow: do this in the open ground between mid-May and mid-July. Sow them in lines or rows 50 cm apart. Keep 10 cm space between the beans in the row. Beans need sufficient heat and moderately moist soil. In wet and cold weather the beans germinate poorly. For early cultivation, sow under glass in late April. From mid-May the germinated plants are then planted out in the open. Do not use fresh manure
Harvest: depending on the sowing time, you can harvest from July. Suitable for freezing.
