For which plants is the COMPO Strawberry & Berry Fertilizer suitable?
COMPO Strawberry & Small Fruit Fertilizer is suitable for all types of berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and currants, as well as pome and stone fruits and leafy, fruiting, and herbaceous vegetables. The product is also ideal for bee- and insect-friendly fruit varieties and berry plants.

How does COMPO Strawberry & Small Fruit Fertilizer work?
Each granule of COMPO Strawberry & Small Fruit Fertilizer contains an ideal blend of nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium for healthy plant growth, robust fruit set, and greater resistance to drought and disease. The extra dose of magnesium and potassium—in combination with other trace elements—ensures an intense and pure aroma.

Sustainable thanks to its eco-friendly formula
Thanks to the innovative fertilization system with an eco-friendly formula, nutrients are released to the plants in two phases. The first portion of the nutrients is released immediately, while the second portion is gradually released into the soil. COMPO Strawberry & Berry Fertilizer thus ensures fertilization tailored to the plant’s needs, without over- or under-fertilization. Thanks to its reduced phosphate content and minimized nitrate leaching, this special fertilizer protects the soil in a particularly sustainable way.

Application Recommendations:
When planting: 30–40 g/m²—mix the granules thoroughly with the soil before planting.
For established plants: 40–60 g/m²—spread the fertilizer evenly around the plant and work the granules a few centimeters deep into the soil.
Apply the fertilizer only to the soil. If fertilizer gets on the leaves or flowers, we recommend shaking the granules off thoroughly. It is important to water thoroughly after each application.
