Pokon Hydro Granules 20L – Optimal drainage and healthy roots
Pokon Hydro Granules help you maintain a perfect water balance in pots and planters. These high-quality clay granules provide the ideal foundation for good drainage, ensuring that excess water is efficiently drained away and roots don’t remain in soggy soil.
Hydro Granules are indispensable for anyone who grows plants in pots or planters. They prevent root rot, improve air circulation in the pot, and contribute to the healthy growth of your plants. What’s more, they’re versatile: they can be used as a drainage layer, a decorative top layer, or even in hydroponics.
Why choose Pokon Hydro Beads?
✔ Prevents root rot: Ensures that excess water drains away quickly.
✔ Better air circulation: Promotes healthy root development.
✔ Ideal for all potted plants: Suitable for houseplants, patio plants, and container plants.
✔ Versatile: Can be used as a drainage layer, top layer, or for hydroponics.
✔ Durable and reusable: Made from fired clay and can be used multiple times.
Applications
- Drainage layer at the bottom of flowerpots and planters
- Covering layer on top of potting soil (to prevent drying out and mold growth)
- Use in hydroponics
- Decorative finish for planters
How do you use hydro beads?
Use hydro granules as the bottom layer in a pot, filling it to about 20–25% of the pot’s height. Then fill with potting soil and place your plant. This ensures optimal drainage and prevents waterlogging. You can also place hydroponic pellets on top of the potting soil to retain moisture longer and give your plants a well-groomed appearance.
🌿 Tip from Hermie: Combine hydro granules with high-quality potting soil for the best results and long-lasting, healthy plant growth.
