How to sow

• First make the soil thoroughly weed-free. Sow 10 seeds per square meter and rake them lightly so that they are about 0.5 to 1 cm below the ground.
• Then water the soil well and keep it moist, but not too wet.
• Sunflowers germinate after about 10 days at a temperature of 18 to 20°C.
• Remember to support tall plants.
• The seeds keep well for about 3 years if kept dry, dark and not too hot.
