This Connect seed potato is an organic & highly resistant to pper. It is a fairly new variety that provides a high yield and potato with flat eyes, so easy to peel!

Connect potatoes are quite floury, and do best in a creamy mash or stew. You can also boil & bake them, but for fries these potatoes are less suitable.

It is a late variety from which you can harvest in September . Plant the potatoes in April.
