Instructions for use
- Place the wood chips in water for 30 to 60 minutes;
- Drain the wood chips and spread them over the glowing coals and immediately close the BBQ.
Use a smoke tray on the gas barbecue; - Wait until smoke comes out of the vent and then place the meat on the grill, just above the wood chips;
- Close the BBQ until the meat is sufficiently cooked.
If necessary, open the lid to flip the meat.
