These smoke chips are made from orange wood and go very well with pork, beef and chicken. This is a 100% natural product that is perfect for charcoal and gas barbecues with lids
Instructions for use

Place the wood chips in water for 30 to 60 minutes;
Drain the wood chips and spread them over the glowing coals and immediately close the BBQ.
Use a smoke tray on the gas barbecue;
Wait until smoke comes out of the vent and then place the meat on the grill, just above the wood chips;
Close the BBQ until the meat is sufficiently cooked.
If necessary, open the lid to flip the meat.
