Jerusalem artichoke (also: Jerusalem Artichoke or Topinambur) is a hardy plant that can be planted in March-early April and harvested in the fall. This plan has a high yield and excellent disease resistance. The recommended planting distance is 30 cm in the rows and 75 cm between the rows. It is a fairly tall growing plant up to 2 m, and if not sufficiently grubbed up there is a chance of proliferation the following year. The tubers can be used for cooking, baking or in soups. When shooting the shoots in spring, the pale shoots can be kept out of the sunlight in a pot or container and eaten or used in salads. These tubers come in a bag of 5 tubers.Tip: The more constant the soil moisture the smoother the tuber. The more variable the humidity, the more erratic the tuber becomes.
