This Smoker box s smoke box made of stainless steel is ideal for smoking wood chips. Place this smoke box on the coals or on the smoking tray if you are using a gas barbecue. Place the wood chips in the smoke box and after 10 to 15minutes the smoke box will smoke and give a delicious smoke flavor to your dishes.
Ideal for an intense deep and rich aroma?
TIP:
Put these wood chips in water for 30-60 minutes before you use them (1 handful per kg of meat).
Then drain the wood chips and spread them over the smoke box. As soon as smoke comes out of the smoke box you can put the meat on.
The result is fantastic!
