Hedera hibernica or Irish ivy, is a large evergreen shrub. You can use it as ground cover or as a climber. The plant is quite hardy, during harsh winters you should protect it. During the flowering period it gets small yellow flowers. After flowering, dark blue-black berries appear

GROUND TIPS:
The Irish ivy is not picky about the soil, it does well in all types of soils. It is best to place it in a spot in the shade. You can prune it annually in March or April
