Controlling spider mites with predatory mites. Phytoseiulus predatory mites are highly effective at controlling spider mites. They feed exclusively on spider mites. The predatory mites are supplied in a small tube. Sprinkle the contents of the tube onto the infested leaves. Use 10 to 20 predatory mites per plant for a mild infestation. For more severe infestations and web formation, release many more predatory mites per plant. This is a live product that must be used immediately upon receipt and cannot be returned.
