Floranid Chemical Fertilizer for Your Lawn Like the previous Floranid line, the Floranid Twin series contains the fast-acting nitrogen forms ammonium and nitrate, as well as the slow-release (3 months) nitrogen form Isodur.

The main difference from the previous Floranid line is that a second, slow-release nitrogen form—Crotodur—has been added to the Floranid Twin line.Floranid Twin Permanent is an all-purpose fertilizer: it can be used in the spring, summer, and fall.

Thanks to the presence of four different forms of nitrogen— two fast-acting forms (nitrate and ammonium) and two slow-release forms (Isodur and Crotodur)—you get a perfect lawn fertilizer, fully tailored to the grass’s needs.
