- Pinus maritima
- A layer of 5 - 8 cm thick
- Fractions of 5-15 mm
Very fine pieces of bark with brown-red color, sifted out at fraction 5-15 mm. Ideal ascover material for planters, window boxes or pots. Prevents drying out of potting soil and as a physical barrier also prevents weed growth on pots.
Directions for use:
Full soil:
- Apply a layer of minimum 5 cm thickness. The thicker the layer, the less weeds can penetrate it
In planters and containers:
- Sprinkle the potting soil with a 1-2 cm layer
Maintenance:
- Periodically top up the amount of DCM decorative bark to maintain the desired thickness
