Product information "Bestway Flowclear Polysphere Filter Balls, 500 g"

- Ideal for sand filter pumps
- 500 gr filter balls = 18 kg of sand
These Bestway Polysphere filter balls are the ideal, economical, and lightweight alternative to filter sand.
The filter balls have excellent filtering capacity and high dirt-holding capacity; in fact, 500 grams of filter balls perform the same as 18 kilograms of filter sand. Moreover, thanks to their light weight, they are much easier to use than filter sand or glass beads. They can be used in any type of sand filter pump. They are also more efficient and energy-saving because pool water flows more easily through the filter balls than through filter sand.
Why choose these filter balls?
• More sustainable & reusable
• Pool water flows more easily through filter balls than through sand
• No more lugging heavy bags of sand
• You can easily clean the filter balls in the washing machine using the hand-wash cycle and reuse them.
The filter balls are made of 100% PET.
Warning: Do not perform a backwash when using Polysphere filter balls as the filter medium. Otherwise, they’ll fly all over the place ;)!
