Edialux Vernotex Garden - 500ml - against mites and aphids on fruit trees

This product was known as Sun Spray by Edialux but has recently changed its name to Vernotex.

Winter treatment against spider mites (winter eggs), aphids, scale insects, scale insects, mealy bugs and bugs on apple trees, pear trees and ornamental plants (shrubs and trees). A winter treatment of leafless fruit trees with this product is ideal for controlling present packets of eggs of winter butterflies. Moreover, the product also eliminates other possible animal attackers of the tree or shrub such as overwintering forms of spider mites, aphids... Mineral oils (including kerosene oils) are approved as insecticide and fungicide in organic farming.

This is an insecticide with good efficacy to control overwintering pests such as the winter eggs of mites, aphids, scale insects and bugs on fruit trees. The oil acts as a contact poison for mites and insects at all stages, but especially on the eggs. The product can cause leaf burn, which is why it is used before the leaves bud. It is thus sprayed on apple and pear trees during the winters, hence the often-used description "winter oil. Treating trees and shrubs in winter with an oil such as this product can save you a lot of suffering further into the year.
