These smoke chips are ideal for use with poultry, fish, pork and beef.
Do you like a fruity, slightly sour smoke flavor? Then these cherry-based wood chips are perfect!
Use the wood chips as follows:
Place these wood chips in water for 30-60 minutes before using them (1 handful pererkg of meat).
Next, drain the wood chips and spread them over the coals. As soon as smoke comes out of the BBQ you can put the meat on top, just above the wood chips.
