- Zoete witte uien

The delicious sweet white onions from Italy grow very well here in the summer! First sow them warm and plant out in May, press-pots are ideal for this. Harvested young, the onion is fresh and can be shredded raw through lettuce: deliciously spicy and a little sweet. When fully grown, white onions are sweet and full of flavor!
Sow: Jan-June, for early sowing pre-sow inside. Harvestable June-Aug.
