How do you do it?
- Sprinkle the seeds in a thin layer on the seed tray and gently rinse them under the faucet.
- Fill the bowl with water up to the bottom of the tray and place it in a dark room at normal room temperature (20 to 22°C).
- Change the water every day.
- After 5 to 8 days, the sprouts (which will then be 2 to 5 cm long) are ready to eat.
- The organic sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week without losing their nutritional value.
