This Salad Mix Spicy is a rich mixture of various sprout vegetables. Use as a colorful garnish and its spicy composition makes it a great addition to your salads.
Sprinkle the seed in a thin layer on the seed grid and rinse it gently under the tap. Fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grid and place in a dark room with normal room temperature ( 20-22C ). Refresh the water every day
You can also fill an empty butter tray with wet cotton wool and sprinkle the seeds on this. Keep the cotton wool well moist and you can enjoy your own cultivated Sprouts. After 5 days you can eat the sprouts (which are then 3-5 cm long).
