Cut & Eat Organic Mustard Cherry Seeds. Mustard cherry is the spiciest of all sprout vegetables, with a distinct mustard flavor. Mustard cherry tastes great on a cheese sandwich, ham or liverwurst. Mustard greens are also a great flavor in mashed potatoes, and of course they belong in a mustard soup. Mustard cherry is rich in calcium, iron and vitamins A, B1, B2 and C
Sprinkle the seed in a thin layer on the seed grid and rinse it gently under the tap. Fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grid and place in a dark room with normal room temperature ( 20-22C ). Refresh the water every day
You can also fill an empty butter tray with wet cotton wool and sprinkle the seeds on it. Keep the cotton wool well moist and you can enjoy your own cultivated Sprouts. After 5 days you can eat the sprouts (which are then 3-5 cm long).
Prolonging for a few days will give some more leaves to the sprout. The sprouts, without losing their healthy properties, can be kept in the refrigerator for about a week.
