Novena candle white - 9-day burner

Novena candles burn for nine days & nights, hence they are also called 9-day burners. These candles are often burned to seek comfort/strength & express special wishes during difficult times (e.g. illness, bereavement, exams...). You can also burn a novena candle for a family member, friend, acquaintance.... and make a wish for them. The novena candle is associated with the novena. This is a series of nine days where people pray to God, often in preparation for a feast day (e.g., the Pentecost Novena). The candle reinforces the prayer.
