This Stand for BonPlancha 100 is essential for direct baking and grilling of pizzas. It is specially designed to be stable in the center of the BonPlancha 100 and is required when using accessories such as the BonPizza, Grill for Stand and Ring for Skewers. Here is a simple guide to use:
Place the BonPlancha 100 on the matching firebowl.
Fill the firebowl with wood and light it.
Place the Standard in the center of the plancha griddle.
Place the chosen accessory, such as the Grill for Standard, in the center of the Standard (use heat-resistant gloves).
The 100 cm firebowl is now ready for use.
Note: It is not recommended to use the BonPizza in combination with the BonPlancha 100 cm and the Standard. However, other accessories can easily be used with the BonPlancha 100.
