Would you like to give your feathered friends a helping hand? š¦ Then find a nice spot in your garden for this garden house birdhouse!
This birdhouse provides a warm shelter for blue tits, glossy-headed tits, crested tits, matted-headed tits, and coal tits, among others.
This birdhouse creates a hiding spot in your garden. It provides warmth during the winter months and offers a safe nest for eggs in the spring. There are ventilation holes under the roof.
Thanks to the removable bottom, you can easily clean the birdhouse! You can easily attach the birdhouse to a tree, fence, or wall using the keyhole bit.
Hereās how to choose the perfect spot for the birdhouse!
ā¢ Hang the birdhouse high up in the tree branches so that domestic and neighborhood cats canāt reach it! Ideally, near bushes or trees with prickly leaves or thorns.
ā¢ Clean the birdhouse in September or October to prevent pests from being attracted to it or the birds from getting sick.
ā¢ Find a quiet spot, preferably one that isnāt facing south. Otherwise, the birdhouse will be in direct sunlight.
ā¢ Donāt hang the birdhouse too close to the feeding area (that way, itāll be nice and quiet).
ā¢ Make sure the entrance is draft-free (facing northeast).
ā¢ Set up the birdhouse in the fall so the birds can get used to it and use it as a roost.
