Useful nematodes to control larvae of the sciarid fly. With the supplied 2 doses you control the problem naturally and efficiently in 2 weeks time. Sciarid flies are the small black flies found around houseplants, damp potting soil or in your greenhouse.

How to use

1. Mix the entire contents with 10 liters of water. Stir thoroughly for several minutes until the product is completely dissolved.
2. Take a watering can and a measuring cup, dilute the solution according to the table below to a ready-to-use 10 L solution and spread it evenly over 10 m².

Repeat steps 2 to 4 until the entire area is treated. Stir regularly in the bucket and watering can to avoid the nematodes sink to the bottom.
The nematodes are not homogeneously distributed in the package: therefore, always use the entire contents of the package.

In case of heavy infestations, double the dose from 0.5 to 1 million nematodes per m² or repeat the treatment if necessary.

Avoid direct sunlight! Apply the nematodes in cloudy weather or at the end of the day.

Control of leatherjackets: apply the nematodes to the soil. The minimum soil temperature for effective action is 13 °C.

Control of thrips: apply the nematodes on the plants and on the soil. The minimum ambient temperature for effective action is 13 °C.

Thoroughly moisten the soil before application and keep moist for min. 4 weeks after application.
