Looking for smoke chips suitable for cooking pork, beef, poultry or fish? Then try smoking with these smoke chips and give your meat and fish a mild-spicy flavor.

Use the wood chips as follows:
Place these wood chips in water for 30-60 minutes before using them (1 handful pererkg of meat).
Next, drain the wood chips and spread them over the coals. As soon as smoke comes out of the BBQ you can put the meat on top, just above the wood chips.

The result is fantastic!
