Crymo larvae - natural control against mealybugs - 25 pieces

Are you suffering from mealybugs on your houseplants or tropical plants? If so, you're certainly not the only one. Mealybug is a persistent problem often found in houseplants, greenhouses and indoor gardens. Fortunately, there are several ways to control mealybugs, including the use of Cryptolaemus montrouzieri larvae.
Crymo larvae can devour up to 30 mealybugs per day. The large larvae eat all mealybug stages (eggs, larvae and adult mealybugs), while the young larvae feed on eggs and young mealybug larvae. This makes them very effective as mealybug controllers.
Crymo larvae work best between 22°C and 28°C and like high humidity. Temperatures lower than 16°C and higher than 30°C should be avoided. To increase humidity, mist the plants regularly or moisten the soil of the greenhouse. Distribute the larvae directly on the affected plants, in and around the mealybug hot spots. Preferably do this at dusk, when temperatures are lower and it is almost dark.
Use about at 5 to 10 larvae per m². If you have large houseplants, use 5 to 10 larvae per plant. In case of a heavy infestation or non-optimal conditions of temperature and humidity, use 10 larvae per plant.
Repeat the treatment if necessary after 2 weeks until the infestation is gone. When the mealybug is eaten, the empty remains of the mealybug will remain on the plants.
