BonFeu Food Bumper
The cooking plates of the BonFeu cookstoves slope slightly down toward the center. With the high temperatures released, the plate will form even more inward. The grease then easily drains back into the fire, so you won't get dirty tiles. However, tomatoes, or other round food will shift with it.
To avoid this, the BonFeu Food Bumper was developed. The raised steel ring keeps the food from moving but still allows you to scrape the plate clean with the spatula and push the scrapings under the ring into the fire. The BonFeu Food Bumper can be used on all BonFeu BonBiza models (8001(R),8002(R) and on the BonFeu BonPlancha diameter 80 cm (VBP6.800).
