BonFeu Food Bumper
The cooking plates of the BonFeu stoves slope down slightly toward the center. With the high temperatures released, the plate will form even more inward. The grease will then easily run back into the fire, preventing you from getting dirty tiles. However, tomatoes, or other round foods will shift with it.
To avoid this, the BonFeu Food Bumper was developed. The raised steel ring stops the food but still allows you to scrape the plate clean with the spatula and push the scrapings under the ring into the fire. The BonFeu Food Bumper can be used on all BonFeu BonBiza models (8001(R),8002(R) and on the BonFeu BonPlancha Ø80 cm (VBP6.800).
