CULTIVATION TIPS:
Mint is perennial and grows in both sun and partial shade. The plant prefers a moist, but well-drained, humus-rich soil. In case of strong frost, from -5°C, it is necessary to protect the plant. Mint tea is good for digestion. It dispels indigestion, flatulence and cramps, and nausea also disappears with mint tea. We make mint tea by steeping 5 leaves for 10 minutes in a cup of boiled water. Note: Poleimint should not be used during pregnancy and is better not given to children.
