This filter can be placed at the edge of the pond or at the top of a waterfall or stream.
The dirty water is passed through a fine mesh filter mat, which filters the finest dirt particles from the water.
The pond water then reaches the biomedia. This biomedia has a very large attachment surface allowing useful bacteria to settle. The built-in UV-C cleaner ensures that floating algae are removed from your water. The included hose connectors are ideal for connecting 20/25/32 or 40mm diameter hoses to the filter.
