Indoor and outdoor cultivation

The lightning-fast microgreen can be harvested in as little as a week. The tender leaves of the baby leaf are ideal for use in a smoothie.
Microgreens are vegetables and herbs, which you harvest in a young stage and eat raw, to be divided into two groups;
Micro leaves: harvest and eat both the germ leaf and the stem; the germ. (Lemon basil, Borage, Mustard Red Frills, Bloodsour, Kale, Radish, Cress, Tatsoi, Mizuna Red)
Baby leaves: harvest the shoots and eat the young leaves. (Mustard Red Frills, Kale, Lettuce mixed, Swiss chard mixed, Tatsoi, Mizuna red, Peashoots)

Sow: scatter seeds on soil and cover with a thin layer of soil, keep moist.
