Product information "Buzzy® Friendly Flowers XL Ladybugs 50m²"
Ladybug flower mixture
This paradise for ladybugs consists of more than 20 species of flowers and has been carefully composed to be very attractive to ladybugs. They are not only, for children, funny but also very useful critters, feeding, among other things, on many small insects, including aphids. The soil conditioner contains many nutrients and improves the soil structure and fertility, giving the flowers everything they need to grow strong and healthy.
Step-by-step plan
- Remove any unevenness in the sowing area: stones, weeds, plant debris.
- Mix the soil conditioner and the bag of seeds in a large bowl. Sprinkle the mixture as evenly as possible over the soil about 50gr per m² best to sprinkle one part lengthwise and one part widthwise.
- After sowing, lightly press the soil (e.g. with a board) so that the seeds are in good contact with the soil.
- Gently water the sown area and keep it moist until the seeds germinate.
Tip: Allow the flower to fully flower so they can form seeds for the next year. This will allow annual flowers to re-seed themselves and give you flowers again the following year. For even better results in spring, cut the biennial plants about 10-15cm above the ground in October.
