The BonFeu Plancha with a diameter of 45 cm is made of 6 mm thick steel. The griddle comes directly above the fire, so you can use the griddle in no time. The BonFeu logo is lasered onto the griddle. This plancha is suitable for the BonVes 45.
Suggested use:
Place the griddle on the opening of the fire pit. Be careful of the heat released when the basket burns. The griddle heats up quickly, allowing you to cook with gradual heat.
Care advice:
Clean the plancha easily with the special BonFeu spatula. Let the plancha cool well before cleaning with hot water. The griddle is not dishwasher safe. Store the griddle greased in a warm dry place to prevent corrosion of the steel.
