Sow in a seedbed from mid-March to late July.
Plant out in rows or lines. Line spacing 25 cm and in rows 20 cm.
When the plant is approx. 30 cm high, cut it off above the ground and replant it
let it grow out. Keep well wet.
Kankong can be braised or stir-fried and has a spicy flavor.
In addition to the leaves, the young stems are edible.
