A Sweet Dumpling is a small light-colored squash with dark green stripes and soft sweet flesh. Try it with a ripe fruit, take out the flesh and roast (wok) it for a while mixed with sweet spicy peppers. Fill the pumpkin with this and top it off with some goat cheese. Sow in pots under glass in April-May. In mid-May you can also sow in the garden.
