These smoke chips are ideal for use with poultry, fish, pork and beef.
Do you like to
havean intense deep and rich aroma? Then these oak whiskey barrel based wood chips are perfect!
Use the wood chips as follows:
Put these wood chips in water for 30-60 minutes before using them (1 handful per kg of meat).
Then drain the wood chips and spread them on the coals. As soon as smoke comes out of the BBQ you can put the meat on top, just above the wood chips.
The result is fantastic!
The use of a smoke box on the gas barbecue is recommended
